Bike Trip Around the Bay

I had a nice tea with my friend Catherine in the James North Village and decided to keep going down to the lake. Explored Pier 4 a bit and decided to bike to Burlington. Rather than turn back I rode to the Skyway and headed home from there. It was an immensley enjoyable afternoon and evening and my knees don't feel too bad. I feel like I'm in better shape than I have for years and I may make this a regualr route. That is if my knees work in the morning.
